A Multifaceted Artist Who Lights Up Every Stage
Born Kathryn Sullivan in Ohio (1966), music was central from childhood with her talented sisters. Her passion grew through church, choir, and jazz, revealing her strong voice and songwriting ability. This early experience paved the way for a diverse musical journey.
Performing globally and leading the Platinum Dolls, a turning point was singing with Rick James, shifting her to blues, funk, and R&B. This led to a record deal and her hit song "Love Sets You Free" in 2008, marking international touring and performances.
Since 2008, she's toured worldwide, especially in South Florida, while also performing privately. Now living in Tennessee with her family, Charlie remains actively recording and performing, frequently traveling for her music.
